Policy related to the use of cookies
This Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on user devices with the use of Cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services required by the User by Indusco Solution Sp. z o.o. with head office in Straszyn.

Definitions

Administrator - means Indusco Solution Sp. z o.o. with head office in Straszyn (83-010), ul. Spacerowa 56, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Gdańsk- Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Economic Division, under KRS number 0000586453, holding NIP number PL6040167755 and Regon number 362993756, which provides services with electronic means and sotres and gets access to information on the User’s device.

Cookies - means information details, particularly small text files, saved and kept on devices used by the User to access the Service’s web pages

First Party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator and related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

Third Party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the Service’s webpage.

Service - means the webpage or mobile application under which the Administrator runs their online service and which operates under the following domain names: induscosolution.pl and induscosolution.com.

Types of Cookies used

The Cookie files used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. It is impossible particularly in this way for any viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to get installed onto the User’s Device. The Administrator uses two types of Cookie files:

Purposes for which Cookies are used
